Roughlock Resort - Linecamp Steakhouse

The four-course meal was amazing: delicious garlic toast served with cowboy beans. A nice salad. A scrumptious steak served with delicious dutch oven potatoes. Service was fantastic. The owner is also the waitress, and she does an incredible job! The atmosphere is rustic and charming. This place is definitely worth the stop!

The whole facility is gorgeous! It feels authentic and is very unique. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Upon calling for a reservation, we were given three different options for a room type. We ended up with a great balcony to view the stars! We were sad the steakhouse was closed on the day we were there but it gave us more reason to definitely return.

Best atmosphere of anyplace I've ever stayed. The naturally rugged authentic decor they've created is like no other I've ever experienced in my extremely extensive travels. Had some wonderful conversation with the owners and look forward to visiting again. And yes the food was fabulous.

This is the place to stay if you're a climber who wants a comfy bed and a shower. Me and my friend stayed for 5 nights whilst climbing in Indian Creek (only 20 minutes away) . Had such a good time. The house is historic and cozy. It was a bit cold in the living room but the heaters worked well and we aren't afraid of wearing down jackets inside! The kitchen amenities were awesome with fridge, coffee machine, kettle, freezer, microwaves, ovens, and more although we had our dinners in Monticello. Shane was such a welcoming and accommodating host. He told us the history of the house and his family. He was also so lovely to help me with delivering a parcel to the post office. As he would've said himself: "It's the closest shower to Indian Creek!"

Lovely spot to stay, though further from Moab than we’d hoped to stay (and dramatically higher elevation- be prepared for the 4,000 ft climb, thinner air, and chillier temps). Super dark skies, too, so you can get some stargazing in!

First, it's not a steakhouse anymore, it's an Airbnb with few rooms for guests. And it's awesome, no need to go to a museum, you get it there. It's also fully equipped, with a commercial kitchen, BBQ, fire pit, coffee machine, etc. And the decorum is just more than charming. Having known, we would have stayed another day. Would recommend 100%

Great great place!! I took my girlfriend there this weekend to propose, and they made it VERY special!! The rooms are super nice (walls are a tad thin, so keep that in mind lol) and clean. Not to mention the super nice decorations that take you back to the 1880's with modern amenities. The restaurant is really rustic. romantic (me and the new fiance appreciated that) and the food is great. The price of the hotel can't be beat either! The owners and staff were really nice and made our stay very special Thank you Line Camp Steakhouse & Inn for making my proposal trip unmatched by anything else I could've done!

Stopped for the night on our way to Colorado. The place was pretty cool pulling up at night, you could see all the stars. Comfy beds and big beautiful wooden bed frame. Rooms were clean, cozy, but no TV, fridge, microwave in rooms. However guests are welcome to use the dining room and kitchen to prepare meals.
